The IPO was motivated by :
- The solicitation by a number of investment funds wishing to invest in the company,
- The opportunity to strengthen our financial standing with our key account clients (30% of CHEOPS TECHNOLOGY's total revenue), which see stock value as a guarantee of permanence, rigor and absolute transparency in the management of the company in conformance with our values,
- The opportunity to make the stock value a key institutional metric. We have made it our objective to communicate our achievements, the evolution of our strategy and our commercial and technical successes in the investment and technology press. Our communication goes well beyond what is expected of a public company on the EURONEXT ACCESS exchange, but this is an effective means for communicating our distinctive value.
After this first phase of stock offering, we will probably consider a transfer on EURONEXT GROWTH in due course, inline with our external growth policy and future foreign operations.
